Olisihan se tavallaan irti päästämistä
jos sanoisin ääneen
Että on jotain minkä kaikki kuvittelevat
olevan kauhean ihanaa

Mutta kun se osuu omalle kohdalle
alkaa se suloisesti syödä sisältä:
yhtäkkiä ei ole nälkä eikä jano

A Song of Strange Times

In a way it would be like letting go
if I said it out loud
That there’s something that everyone thinks
is absolutely wonderful

But when it happens to me
it starts to deliciously eat me up inside:
suddenly I’m not hungry or thirsty

Life becomes strange, just as if someone
